Vivitek has added two native 1080p projectors to its Ultra Short Throw (UST) range. Both models — the DH772UST and DH773USTi — are ideal for the budget-conscious education sector.
For interactive collaboration and in-class learning, the DH773USTi comes with built-in interactivity support for multi-users thanks to two pens or an optional Finger Touch Unit with 10 points. For further convenience, the interactive pen can be used as a computer mouse without installing a driver (HD driver-free).
Both models support scaled 4K video, and thanks to an upgraded laser module, the projectors are bright at 3500 lumens. They are designed for classrooms of all shapes and sizes as both models offer a 110” diagonal projection image from as little as 51 centimeters (20 inches) away from the screen surface at a 10,000:1 contrast ratio. Integrated with eco-friendly and energy-saving features, including a sleep timer and auto-power-off functionality, the DH772UST and DH773USTi have 12,000-hour laser lamps.
Network managers will be able to use their integrated network monitoring and management solutions, including Crestron RoomView.
The DH772UST and DH773USTi are available immediately for summer installation and offer a 5-year warranty. The list price for the DH772UST is £1,135 ex VAT and £1,310 ex VAT for the DH773USTi.
